1. Lipat bahagian atas dan bawah Girdle.

2. Sarungkan Girdle seperti memakai seluar dalam.

3. Tarik lebihan lemak ke atas agar ia membentuk punggung anda.

4. Perbetulkan kedudukan keseluruhan sehingga anda merasa selesa.

Cara pakai LONG BRASSIERE

1. Sarungkan bra ke badan & kemaskan (masukkan) payudara ke dalam cup bra.
2. Pasang cangkuk di bahagian belakang.
3. Rendahkan badan ke hadapan. Tarik semua lebihan lemak di bawah ketiak & di bawah lengan dan bawa ke depan, masukkan ke dalam cup bra.
4. Laras tali bra & kemaskan cup bra supaya payudara terletak kemas dan selesa di dalam cup bra.
5. Perbetulkan kedudukan bra mengikut keselesaan anda.

Cara pakai WAIST NIPPER (BENGKUNG)

1. Pastikan 'batu permata' berada betul-betul di tengah badan. Pasang kesemua cangkuk.
2. Betulkan kedudukannya (position cangkuk memang di tepi badan).

3. Pegang kedua-dua hujung tali.
4. Silangkan tali di belakang, tahan nafas & tarik tali (membawa kesan pinggang meramping) dan bawa cangkuk ke depan.
5. Cangkukkan ikut keselesaan. Pastikan anda selesa.
