'GORGEOUS' IBU IS 1 YEAR OLD!!!

It's 1110H on 11/10/11 and it's Tasnim's 1st birthday! Alhamdulillah... Setakat nie, ibu berjaya membesarkan Tasnim dengan sihat dan baik (hopefully) walaupun most of the time Ibu berseorangan.

Jamuan Akhir Tahun & Majlis Perpisahan 2011



Ok, rasanya tak perlu lagi kot den explain bila dan di mana Jamuan Akhir Tahun dan Majlis Perpisahan sekolah den dibuat. Acara tahunan dan selalunya menjadi acara penutup bagi tahun semasa. In this case, a targeted-to be- a meaningful closing event for 2011 Academic Year. Seperti tertera dalam gambar di atas, sila tengok betul- betul ye. Malas den nak cakap tentang benda yang dah ada terang depan mato. Ha3.

Sibuk kan den? Siap menyempat lipat lots untuk lucky draw lg tu. Hi3. Semasa event nie, there were many programmes planned such as lucky draw (semua orang dapat hadiah so everbody was lucky!), prize- giving ceremony and of course, speeches after speeches. Hu3.

In any relationship, memang ada kurang puas hati sana sini, memang ada menyampah sana sini but I do hope for relationship betterment in the upcoming years. (Walaupun manalah tahu kan, kot- kot ini tahun terakhir aku kat sekolah nie... Hi3...). Semoga ukhuwah warga SMKBR terus mekar dan subur, seiring dengan tagline sekolah, SEMERBAK.

How to Exercise Your Brain?

1. Take classes to learn something you've always wanted to understand.
Take time to try new classes which you wouldn't have known.
Learn to play bridge, study Spanish or take a photoshop seminar. It's up to you! Try something new and crazy, just to say you've done it!


2. Do games and puzzles such as crossword puzzles, Sudoku and Scrabble


3. Read often, with a lot of different types of books.
Take a magazine and dedicate specific time to it. Read the newspaper. Set your computer homepage to bring up news items of particular interest to you. Read them each time you open the computer.


4. Remember and repeat groups of words.
Memorize your grocery list or friends' phone numbers.


5. Play computer brain games, such as Brain Age for Nintendo DS.


6. Meditate often.
Take calm, deep breaths out your nose only. Your brain (and entire body) needs lots of fresh air, so breathe deeply.


7. Eat foods containing omega fatty acids (known to boost intellectual stamina) such as flax and hemp seeds, and fish.


8. Perform math functions regularly.


9. Learn new words from a word-a-day calendar or dictionary.


10. Use your left hand if you are right handed, and reverse, to exercise the opposite side of the brain.


11. Mess around with a twisty puzzle.


12. Learn to read and play music.
(Classical music is known to have the best effects.)


13. Consider the different possibilities of how something could've gone, and explore these consequences.
This improves creativity.


14. When trying to learn something or review for a quiz, listen to your favorite song and repeat. This is an association technique where your brain connects what you learned to what you heard. Plus, after a half hour of one song on repeat, you should know the lyrics!


15. Try commuting with varied routes.
It prevents the brain from becoming monotonous.


16. Avoid watching TV for hours; solve puzzles while watching TV to increase multitasking.


17. Learn to play new games to increase mind body co-ordination.


18. Never avoid breakfast.
It's essential for your brain to function efficiently.


19. Imagine the fourth dimension of an object.
(We can see three sides at a time, 3 dimensions, so imagine seeing four sides of an object such as a cube.)


20. Take a fresh morning walk for about 3 hours.
It makes your mind fresh and helps in protecting from diseases.

Fun Time On Weekends

     Sentiasa rindu nk jumpa Elle, kawan agak baik aku since secondary school. We have been together for almost 15 years. Through good and hard times.
     Mlm td dia ajak jmp, Tasnim plk tidur awal. So today when she texted me to meet  up, I quickly responded and spared my time for her. Bkn apa, dia pn dh lama x jmp Tasnim walaupun x ada lh lama sangat sbnrnya pn. He3.
     In fact, this served as a bonus for Tasnim too sbb dpt bw dia makan angin hujung minggu. Duduk rmh throughout the day, bkn shj Tasnim, den pn blh pecah kepala weiii. :)

KEJOHANAN PAINTBALL 2011

   





     Yezza... Tolong la jangan buat muka shocked or impressed tengok den main Paintball nie ha... 1st timer beb... Harus bangga jgk sbb menang despite being a 1st timer. Memang x blh blah la bila ingat semula saat-saat menyembunyikan diri belakang shield, dok rambang menembak orang yang tak tahu dia duduk kek mano sobab den tengok tanah. Ha3. Sangat kelakar yet I enjoyed myself to the fullest!




     Kejohanan was held on 1/10/2011 di Tampin. Yang join game nie pun geng-geng sekepala jugak so den sosah la habis-habisan. Hi3.

Those Were The Days

tidur pun harus berjemaah ok?
Muhammad Thaqif Zayn dan Tasnim Zayn. These two are really my strength. Both were born exceeding their expected due date; Thaqif was late by 4/7 in 2009 meanwhile Tasnim was by 10/7 in 2010. Above all, Alhamdulillah to ALLAH swt for these greatest gifts. Both of them really made my day!
